The program caters to underprivileged citizens who meet the following criteria:
- The individual must be a native of Pakistan and possess a valid CNIC.
- The individual must not possess a house or plot in any part of Pakistan.
- Total monthly household income should not exceed PKR 50,000.
Priority will be given to:
- Widows
- Orphans
- Disabled individuals
- Laborers and daily wage workers
- The elderly with no financial support
The ongoing cycle will give first preference to applicants from the announced clusters.
